Sometimes things go wrong. Sometimes things go spectacularly, catastrophically, beautifully wrong in a way that could only happen on CKDS Radio. Episode 4 is one of those times, and it is now available on demand on Spotify and YouTube. And tonight, Thursday 12th March 2026 at 7:30pm GMT, we go live on Facebook for Episode 7.

What Happened in Episode 4: The $65 Million Flop and the Redundancy Fail

A total internet outage across the Czech Republic hits right before broadcast. Steve, having recently cancelled his backup connection to save money, finds himself broadcasting “primitive” style from a mobile phone held together by determination and a very thin signal. Special guest Jack (Steves Son) manages the entire technical operation from the floor, literally, because that is where the signal is strongest. This is CKDS Radio at its most gloriously unhinged, and somehow it works.

Once they finally get online, the episode hits its stride and doesn’t let up.

The $65 Million Loss: The duo tears into the “Melania” documentary, a $75 million project that reportedly sold a single ticket at multiple premieres and is already being discussed as one of the most extraordinary financial disasters in film history. For context, Steve points out it lost five times more money than “Burn Hollywood Burn,” a film widely regarded as one of the worst ever made. The comparison is as brutal as it sounds.
